Transportation: Nobody is at the airport to pick you up upon arrival? Call us! In most cases it would take up to 45 minutes for one of our drivers to get to SVO airport and take you where you need to be.

Accommodation / Apartment rentals: All hotels in Moscow are full or they can't find your reservation at a hotel and ask you to pay their outrageous rack rates? Do not waste your money! Call us. We can either get you a hotel room (can't promise best location at the last minute order) or offer you an apartment.

Special rental options: Sudden change of plans? It happens pretty often during the adoption process. If you have to change or cancel your apartment booking, for selected apartments we can waive the cancellation fee if you cancel in 7 days or more prior to arrival!

And if you just have to change the dates, you can even do it in two days before arrival at no fee! Look for the apartments with a special option for adoptive parents in the apartment list.

Free baby cribs: At many of the apartments we offer, you can get a baby crib for free!

Emergency accommodation: Missed your international flight and have to stay overnight at the Novotel Hotel near SVO airport? Do not pay their rates - US$ 350 and more! Call us! We would get exactly same room for you but cheaper. Optionally, we can offer a different hotel near SVO you didn't know about.

Rent a cell: If you're coming from the US, your cell phone may not work in Russia. In this case we can offer you our cell phone for rent at a reasonable rate.

Cheap phone calls: Found out that most hotels would charge you $11 a minute for calling the USA? Do NOT use their phone! Call us! Quite often we can give you a 5 to 10 minute FREE call to the USA. Ask us how. It is easy, just read phonecards page for calling instructions.
