If you plan a short business trip to Moscow, you may be surprised by hotel prices. Especially when you're visiting an international fair, exhibition or congress, it can even get worse!

We can offer good hotel rates, for example, our rate at Korston hotel is usually better than their on-line rate because they have special conditions for some agencies, but if there's a fair or an exhibition during the dates requested, the hotels don't offer good rates for that period, which means that a standard room can cost you $450/night or even more! What a price to pay for a small room, not necessarily in the middle of the city!

In this case, a short term rental apartment can be a very good option. Our apartments for rent are mostly located in the very downtown (you can look at our apartment overview map with main apartment areas marked on it) while the prices are around $170-$220/night and possibly even less! You can rent a small cozy studio like the New Arbat Sky Suite, a bigger two-room apartment like New Arbat 22 Retro Suite or New Arbat Studio Plus, a large business-class apartment like Tverskaya Grand or our biggest apartment for rent, the four-room Duma.

Cheaper accommodation for small [business] groups: If you have a small group of colleagues coming, you could rent one apartment for all of you, each having a bedroom at his/her disposal. That means that you would pay around $260/night instead of $1200/night for three single rooms at a hotel! Optionally, you can rent several apartments in the same building, for example, The Duma apartment and Kamergersky apartment or White House apartment and Garden Ring apartment. Free internet and cheap phone calls: All of our short term rental apartments feature free Internet access, free Satellite TV, and, last but not least, free international calls! Any hotel would charge you around $5/min. for an international call while you can call any number in the US/Canada or a landline number in Europe for free from our apartments!

Rent a cell: If you're coming from the US, your cell phone may not work in Russia. In this case we can offer you our cell phone for rent at a reasonable rate.

Transportation: And, of course, if you want to get to the apartment from the airport, we can offer you an airport transfer or provide a personal driver for you to visit the exhibition center when you need to.

Visa support: Lastly, if your decision to attend an event in Moscow was last-minute, you may need a visa invitation urgently so you can apply for a Russian visa at the Consulate real soon. We can issue a tourist visa invitation in just one day!
