Waiting in lines for passport and customs control upon arrival may take from 30 minutes to 3 hours and more. You stay in line with your luggage and wait for end of this tedious execution.

Our representative would meet you right by the plane with a sign saying "VIP", see you through to the VIP hall and then take care of all the formalities and get your luggage.

Your paperwork gets swiftly processed at a special checkpoint while you relax in a sofa or sip drinks at a bar.

If you order VIP upon departure, you will proceed right to the VIP hall and all the formalities will be taken care of from there.

Please, allow at least 3 days in advance to book the services. Please, let us know your arrival details - airline, flight number, city of departure and estimated arrival time.

All cancellations and changes should be made not later than 48 hrs prior to confirmed arrival. In case you miss your connecting flight in Europe, you MUST call us 7-(495)-744-1303 to re-confirm your flight details. We may be able to re-schedule or cancel the service.

Delta Airlines don't allow any VIP service upon departure at present. If you want to book VIP upon departure for a Delta flight, please check with us first if it is possible.
